Exchanges and Returns

We offer hassle-free exchanges on our products within 5 days of delivery. If any request is raised after 5 days of delivery of the product, we will not be able to process your exchange request.

We offer free returns in the following cases:
1) If you received a product that was damaged in transit, or
2) If Lemonade delivered the wrong product to you.
For any other return requests (if accepted) that do not fall under these criteria, a flat handling charge of $10/- will be applicable, regardless of the number of items within the order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, the handling charge of $10/- will be deducted only once, not for each individual item in the order.

The courier company will make three pickup attempts. In the event that they are unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to return the package to the company address. Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Kindly ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging, with no signs of usage or damage, and all tags still attached. If any item is found (i) used, (ii) without proper tags, (iii) packaging, (iv) missing (not due to an error), (v) the wrong product is sent, or, (vi) item is returned back after 7 days of delivery, only a partial refund will be initiated

We offer convenient cross-category exchanges for our products, enabling you to exchange items such as shoes for a T-shirt or vice versa.
(5.1) If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you will be required to pay just the difference.
(5.2) If the value of the replacement product is less than the same can be refunded to you as a store credit (1 credit = $1).
(5.3) Exchange of products is subject to availability of size/product variant(s).

An amount of $10/- will be charged on the second exchange request for the same order. You’ll receive the payment link for this from us. The exchange will be confirmed only after the amount is received by us.

To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns/exchanges on certain product categories, including but not limited to rugs, scarves, throws, quilts, cushion covers, bed covers, and, bed sheets. Lemonade may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
Refunds
Refunds, after it is approved, will be provided as follows:

Refunds will be processed to the source account or to your Lemonade wallet at your convenience. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your source account. The bank details provided by you would be final and any error found later in it will not be the responsibility of Lemonade.

A partial refund will be issued if the item is not returned back in its original condition or falls under any criteria mentioned under clause 4 of the returns section.

The amount refunded would be equivalent to the amount paid for the product after deducting $10/- for handling charges.

Order cancellations are possible only till the order has not been shipped from the factory.

In case the ordered item is out of stock, the amount will be refunded back to the source account (in case of prepaid orders) within 2-3 working days.
Sale items
Items bought under any sale or offer such as FF (Flash Friday) sale will not be eligible for returns or refunds. However, we offer convenient cross-category exchanges as per the brand’s exchange criteria.
Damaged/defective or missing items
Our products go through stringent quality control checks before it is dispatched to you and we take utmost care in providing you with the right quality product. However, in rare cases where the product received by you is damaged in transit or you found any defect in it or certain item(s) are missing then reach out to us within 24 hrs of delivery of the product along with the images to help you.
Shipping
While we are serviceable for reverse pickups to more than 32000 pin codes, there could be a case where reverse pickup is unserviceable due to (i) operational constraints, or (ii) unavailability of service. In all such cases, you’ll have to courier the product(s) back to us. Please reach out to us for details.
